(1)In the case of requests for arbitration involving a sum in dispute lower than € 50,000, the administrative expenses shall be halved where there is a sole arbitrator.

(2) Where a sole arbitrator is designated, the maximum amount of the fees appearing in the scale shall be reduced by one third.

(3) Where there are three arbitrators, unless otherwise stated, the Arbitration Committee shall apportion the total arbitration fees as follows: 40 % for the President, and 30 % for each of the arbitrators.

(4) The arbitral tribunal’s expenses, if any, shall be reimbursed to the arbitrators by the A.F.A., and drawn from a supplementary deposit.
